Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
Because there are certain expenses prior to the Conference, it is necessary to impose the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations made by September 18, 2020 will receive an 80 percent refund.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email. Requests can be sent to XXX@XXX.com.
No refunds of any kind will be given for cancellation requests received after September 18, 2020.
If you do not cancel by September 18, 2020, and do not access the Virtual Event, you are still responsible for payment. In no event shall ORG be obligated to refund all or a portion of the registration fee.
Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. To transfer a registration, email XXX@XXX.com.
Forms of payment accepted: American Express/MasterCard/Visa, check, wire, or purchase order.
